Performance indicators

Objectives

Possibility of developing a data structure, which supports the collection of information of operational scope for the purpose of calculating the values of the various indicators in which the operator provides to each of its clients.

Then we will explain in detail how to collect the information to perform the calculation.

Configure the settings of the operating indicators:

Application -> Warehouse Management -> Statistics -> Indicators Performance -> Performance indicators Definitions [AL372]

1.1 – List→ Add

Clicking the (Add) button will bring up a new screen for the Performance Indicators setting.

Values:

  • Performance indicator (We assign a unique code that will identify the indicator.
  • Source data(We choose the sources of the data)
  • Resume Data Calendar (We define a calendar, in which influences the collection of the data)
  • Actor (We define the actor that is subject to the indicator)
  • Performance measurement (We define the mean that will quantify the indicator)

1.1.2 – List→Descriptions

Then we must give a description a description to the Performance Indicator by simply clicking on the descriptions button, and the following screen will appear:

Then we must give a description a description to the Performance Indicator by simply clicking on the descriptions button, and the following screen will appear:

1.2 – Options → Parameters of the Actors Indicators

Define Data Parameters for Actors:

Note * – If the value field is not filled, the system retrieves the data of all the actors.

1.3 – Options → Generate Performance Indicators

This button allows you to generate the performance indicators according to the settings, in order to obtain the following data in the next query screens.

1.4 – Options → Send performance data to External System

The last two options can be scheduled to run automatically. Daily, monthly, etc…

Calculation of Performance Indicators

2.1 – List of performance indicators

Application -> Warehouse Management -> Statistics -> Indicators Performance -> Indicators of Performance [AL374]

2.2 – Construction of the calculation file with the formulas

The construction of the calculation file (Excel) with the formulas must respect:

In line 1 you have to mention the name of the formulas.
In line 2 you will have to write the formula

  • → You have to start with a “=”; and put the code for each indicator you want between “$”.
  • → When there is a sum before the indicator code, it means that the application will make a sum of all the values of this indicator, which were chosen in the report. Ex: $sumcod_ind1$
  • → It is also possible to use the spreadsheet’s own formulas. EX: =MEDIA($cod_ind3$;$cod_ind2$)/$cod_ind1$+MEDIA($sumcod_ind2$;)

Example of formulas:

=$cod_ind1$+$cod_ind2$/SOMA($cod_ind3$;$cod_ind4$)
=$cod_ind1$+SOMA($sumcod_ind1$;$sumcod_ind3$)

Example file (spreadsheet):

2.3 – Calculation of performance indicators

Once you have the formulas file, you only have to do the calculation, because the system needs the name of the file, which name will be the final name that the user wants for the calculation file of the indicators and the file (spreadsheet ), With the formulas intended for calculating these indicators.

At the end the system will return a file, spreadsheet in the format that was uploaded, where you can save on your machine or just consult.

Step 1 – File upload and calculation name:

Step 2 – Generate the File Calculation / Export

Options → Generate, or click the

Example would be the final file of the Performance Indicators calculations:
