The goal of this guide is to provide a detailed view of the new development about reception picking flow JIT.

Add a new work unit with definitions below:
Work Unit
Declare the Containers to Distribute: Declare labels to select containers.
Container Contents List: Press “CONF” to continue
Distribute and Confirm with Target Label: Choose the label and the quantities and press “conf”.
Declaration of container type: The suggested container type is the best fit. Select the container and press “conf”. Note: the container selection only appears if the label declared is new.
Required Declaration of AT’s: Select the AT Base and press “CONF”.
Check residual quantity: If everything’s ok, introduce 1, press “CONF” and the work unit is done.
The goal of this guide is to provide a detailed view of the new development about picking flow stock working unit.
Picking flow stock
Space Sequence definition
Before we define the space tag we define the space sequence by warehouse, store and operational flow in AL208.
Global → Global Application → Application → Tailoring→ Determinations Operational Definitions → Picking Sequence Determination [AL208]
Space tag definition
After we define the sequence, we have to define the label sequence (space tag). The responsible screen to manage that in WPMS is the Path sequences list ([AD006]).
Global → Global Application → Application → Workbench → Master Data → Warehouse Management → Spaces → Courses Sequences [AD006]
Working Unit Configuration
In order for the system to consider this new development the Working Unit Type Determination should be configured by Warehouse, Doc.Type, Flow and Space Sequence Tag in AL092.
Global → Global Application –> Application –> Tailoring –> Determinations Operational Definition –> Work Unit Type Determination [AL092]
Example of settings for warehouses 5404, 5401 and 5701. In this example the warehouse 5403 is configured with the new working unit type (Store Picking eComm).
Actions for the transfer
In the transaction AL118 you should define for the warehouse, department and working unit type (EC in this example) the actions for the picking flow stock which are similar on the Picking Working Unit Type. In these actions we included the new ones:
5580 – Get execution accessories with store.
5530 – Pick and Confirm with Source Label, with last unit.
5540 – Pick and Confirm with Label and type of container.
Global→ Global Application → Application →Tailoring Warehouse Management →Actions and Working Units → Work Units Management [AL118]
Operation on PdT
Enter on PdT and click in “ACCEPT”.
After that, press “1” and click “CONF”.
Here you need to introduce the stock label of the origin container and the quantity and press CONF or LAST UNIT. The LAST UNIT button is designed for the worker to declare to the system that it is the last unit of the container.
Note: If the operator for example in this screen click in “LAST UNIT” button but in system we already have quantities this means we have data inconsistency. The same happens If the operator executes 0 quantity (in CONF or LAST BUTTON) and we have quantities in system or if he executes CONF and we’ve already no more quantities in the system. In this cases the systems store an inventory document with the article and the quantities missing.
In the next screen, you need to declare the label of the target container, where you want to transfer the article to.
You will also need to declare the container type which comes by default filled with best fit. In this case the best fit for this article is Skate.
According to the configuration in the field AT Base in AD012, the system will ask the operator to declare the Transport Accessory.
Spaces Cycle Counting
In this screen – AL073 – has been added the possibility to see only the space and article that has inventory differences in execution.
