| Permanent Helpdesk Service
In order to provide permanent support to our customers, Isretail offers two support services, answering all support calls and providing remote support, in order to ensure the stability and availability of the warehouse management system.
Both services are included in the annual maintenance plan.
Available during normal business hours (8:30 to 18:30), answering your technical or functional queries.
Available 24/7, to resolve any issues that affect the functioning of the system.
Isretail offers this service to ensure ongoing availability of the WMS. Working closely with our customer's system administration this service provides a back-up in emergency situations.
